1. Mouse Doesn't Move or Moves Intermittently
- Make sure there's no dust or debris obstructing the sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
- Check if the mouse cable or wireless connection is intact.
- Try replacing the battery in the bottom of the mouse (for wireless mice) or using a different USB port.
2. Mouse Movement Isn't Smooth or Cursor Jumps
- Clean the surface of the mouse and the sensor to ensure no dust or dirt is affecting the optical sensor's operation.
- Check if the mouse pad is flat and avoid using transparent or reflective mouse pads.
3. Mouse Buttons Are Unresponsive or Delayed
- Clean the mouse buttons to ensure no dust or dirt is causing them to stick or malfunction.
- Check if the mouse drivers need updating, or reinstall the mouse drivers.
4. Wireless Mouse Connection Issues
- Ensure the distance between the mouse and receiver isn't too far, typically should be within the operational range of the receiver.
- Try re-pairing the mouse and receiver following the instructions.
- Check and replace the battery in the bottom of the mouse.
5. Mouse Scroll Wheel Isn't Working or Unable to Scroll
- Clean the mouse scroll wheel to ensure no dust or dirt is affecting its operation.
- Check if the mouse drivers need updating.
- If the problem persists, it may be necessary to replace the scroll wheel component or the entire mouse.
6. Mouse Causes Hand Discomfort
- Choose a mouse that fits your hand size and grip style to avoid discomfort from prolonged use.
- Consider using a mouse pad or wrist rest to alleviate hand strain.
7. Mouse LED lights control
- For model M1LBS, the mouse LED lights can be turned off by long-pressing the DPI button, and can be turned back on by pressing it again.
- For models PB1 and W8, the LED lights can be turned off by long-pressing the forward button and the DPI button simultaneously, and can be turned back on by pressing them again.
8. How to customize button functions
- For certain models, we provide corresponding macro definition software. Please download it from the download page. If you cannot find the corresponding software for your model, you can try using "X-Mouse Button Control" to customize button functions.
If the issue persists, it's advisable to contact customer service(support@uineer.com) for further support and replacement.
